Rahim Yar Khan is a city of many tales of yore. This project is the need of the time to retain and revive the soon-to-be-lost identity. The designed project is set on a desert backdrop. The art and cultural center is reflective of the formation of the city. The tower, amphitheater, bazaar and other facilities are symbolically representing the landmarks, like Patan minara/light house, the mela adbi baithak, old cultural activities etc.
